Role Overview
The primary responsibility is to set-up/changeover specified Press equipment and verify set-up through first piece inspection so that flow of work is continual thereby increasing department efficiency.
In this position you will support in leading the team to meet objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost are achieved daily.
You would be operating heavy machinery (brake press) 2nd Shift.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation
- This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $17 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
