We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our Production team as a Machinery Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for organising, setting up, and operating our state-of-the-art machinery. This is a fast-paced environment with overtime hours available, offering a casual-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate!
Requirements
- Your Responsibilities will include:
- Organise and prepare machinery for operation according to production schedules
- Set up machinery by adjusting settings and loading materials
- Operate machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products with precision and efficiency
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Completing of batch documentation and in process quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Attributes :
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
