Role Description
- This is a part time Production Operator role based in Abu Dhabi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home.
- The Production Operator will support vehicle assembly and related processes on production lines, operate machinery and tools safely, and monitor equipment to ensure consistent output.
- Responsibilities include performing basic quality checks, following standard operating procedures, documenting production activities, and reporting issues to supervisors.
- The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on shift coordination, participating in training sessions, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- The Production Operator will help maintain a clean, organized workspace and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor machinery and tools, with solid Machine Operation skills.
- Experience working on Production Lines, including following established workflows and meeting production targets.
- Knowledge of basic Quality Control processes, such as visual inspections and measurements to ensure product standards.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and cross functional colleagues.
- Experience providing or receiving Training on production procedures, safety practices, and equipment use.
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in automotive manufacturing, industrial production, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to work part time in a hybrid setup in Abu Dhabi and adapt to changing production needs.
