Schedule
- Shift: Second Shift
- Hours: Monday-Friday
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Straight shift schedule
- Overtime available based on production needs
Competitive Compensation
- Starting wage of $20.27 per hour
- Additional $1.00 per hour second shift premium
- $1.50 per hour overtime shift premium

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while producing quality products that meet customer specifications.
Daily responsibilities include:
Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment
Load and unload materials and parts
Perform machine setups and equipment changeovers
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Make machine adjustments to maintain product specifications
Identify and reject defective parts
Perform routine equipment inspections
Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Follow Quality Management System requirements
Follow Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements
Complete production reports and manufacturing documentation accurately
Maintain production rates and efficiency goals
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Follow 5S and housekeeping standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Assist with shift change communication to ensure smooth production
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report unsafe conditions immediately
Work overtime when required
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a basic math assessment with a score of 80% or higher
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment after training
- Ability to work scheduled overtime when necessary
Physical Requirements
- Vision correctable to 20/20 in both eyes
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and moving equipment
