- Salary starting dependent on experience: Starting at £13.45 per hour (approx. £29,724 per year) for 8:30 hour 3 week rota shifts, 42.5 hours per week of (approx. £29,986 per year) for 12.15 hour Dupont/continental shifts 42.87 hours per week

- Weekly pay with overtime opportunities at time and a third (1.33%)

- We operate two shift patterns:
- DuPont shift pattern , which is a 24/7 rotating schedule designed to provide continuous coverage while ensuring regular time off.
- Shifts rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts .
- The pattern runs over a 4-week cycle , giving a balance of work and rest.
- Typically, you’ll work 3 or 4 consecutive shifts , followed by several days off.
- Over the cycle, this results in an average of 42 hours per week .
- The schedule includes a 7-day rest period once every 4 weeks .
Example 4-week rotation
Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts
Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts
Week 4: 7 days off
