Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in food industry
- Experience in bakery or food manufacturing mass production
- Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Ability to manage multi shift operations and develop production staff

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to food safety standards, proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across all bakery lines.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows, adjusting plans dynamically based on resource availability, demand forecasts, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams — including QA, procurement, and distribution — to ensure seamless process integration and on time product delivery.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, leveraging data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall plant productivity.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and company quality standards across all production stages.
- Manage and develop production staff, conducting performance reviews, training programmes, and shift planning for a multi shift operation.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimise equipment downtime and support a preventive maintenance culture.
