- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily and weekly production schedules to meet project deadlines
- Manage, train, and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently; manage inventory and warehouse operations
- Monitor production processes, ensure quality control, and implement corrective actions when needed
- Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure smooth communication between production, logistics, and project teams
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
- Track and report production metrics; maintain documentation for inventory, resource allocation, and quality checks
- Conduct end of day debriefings and plan for the following day’s production activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the Events and Exhibitions sector
- Proven experience overseeing large scale production/fabrication and complex warehouse operations
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Expert knowledge of Odoo ERP for workflow, inventory, and procurement management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and adhere to safety regulations
- Proficiency in English & Arabic (Mandatory)

Job Description
- We are a leading events and exhibitions company seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all production activities, ensuring timely delivery, high quality standards, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
