Role Overview
The Production Manager / Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing activities and ensures efficient, safe, and standards-compliant operations.
The role coordinates production schedules, workforce, materials, equipment, and workflows to support consistent output and business objectives.
Production Operations
- Plan and monitor production activities, schedules, resources, workflows, and workforce allocation.
- Coordinate production teams and ensure work meets schedules, specifications, and operational standards.
- Monitor progress, output, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and take action to maintain continuous operations.
Quality and Improvement
- Work with quality teams to investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, workflow optimization, automation, waste reduction, and productivity initiatives.
- Maintain focus on efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
