Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for AHU, FCU, and HVAC equipment manufacturing
- Ensure production schedules are achieved while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Manage fabrication, insulation, powder coating, assembly, wiring, testing, and final dispatch activities
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance departments
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and material availability to maximize productivity
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and shop floor employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, or engineering manufacturing
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing AHUs, FCUs, Heat Recovery Units, and ventilation products highly preferred
- GCC/UAE manufacturing experience is an added advantage

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the complete manufacturing operations of Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), and related HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for AHU, FCU, and HVAC equipment manufacturing.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage fabrication, insulation, powder coating, assembly, wiring, testing, and final dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and material availability to maximize productivity.
- Monitor production KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, rejection rates, rework, and on time delivery.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and shop floor employees to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime.
- Work closely with the Quality team to ensure products comply with customer specifications and international HVAC standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, or engineering manufacturing.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing AHUs, FCUs, Heat Recovery Units, and ventilation products is highly preferred.
- GCC/UAE manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC manufacturing processes.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and powder coating.
- Knowledge of AHU/FCU assembly, refrigeration piping, electrical wiring, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S methodologies.
