Role Summary
The Production Manager leads the complete production and post-production operation from filming to final multi-platform delivery.
The role supervises editors, graphic designers, and cameramen across a high-volume daily content pipeline.
The position requires hands-on technical production expertise and workflow leadership rather than administrative oversight alone.
Production Leadership
- Design and manage the end-to-end filming, editing, graphics, review, quality-control, and delivery pipeline.
- Schedule and develop the post-production team and coordinate filming logistics across multiple locations.
- Maintain templates and enforce pacing, graphics, subtitles, aspect ratios, and social-platform specifications.
- Balance crew and editing assignments against the content calendar and remove bottlenecks.
