Responsibilities
- Oversee the end to end production of health news content, from planning to publication
- Coordinate daily content schedules, manage production workflows, and align outputs with editorial priorities
- Supervise content preparation for digital channels, coordinate with writers, designers, and videographers
- Ensure all materials meet quality, accuracy, and compliance guidelines
- Monitor production timelines, troubleshoot operational issues, and optimize processes for efficient turnaround
- Track performance metrics, suggest improvements to content formats, and support continuous enhancement of production tools and practices
Requirements
- Strong production management skills, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource planning for media or digital content
- Experience overseeing end to end content production for online platforms, including basic familiarity with digital publishing tools and formats
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially when handling health related information
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Understanding of health news, public health topics, or experience in healthcare or news/media environments is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus
- Comfort working on site in Dubai during agreed part time hours
- Bachelor's degree in media, communications, journalism, public health, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
