To strengthen our operations in Doha, we are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.
Role Overview
The **Production Manager** will be responsible for managing production operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring product quality.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Manage budgets, resources, and production schedules effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor production staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on production performance and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
