Responsibilities
- Plan and draw up a Production Plan schedule for each season with inputs from Designer Team
- Implement, oversee and control the production schedule including setting targets to individuals
- Supervise, review and revise scheduling, if required
- Monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels
- Analyse production, quality control and budgetary outcome in Production
- Oversee Fabric and accessories use and equipment stock and tracking programs
- Implement cost control programs or procedures
- Oversee, monitor and direct coordination of company issued equipment
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Establish and facilitate departmental procedures to enhance production and efficiency
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
- Present results to CEO periodically
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
- Excellent work ethic, interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Overview
- We are urgently looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team.
- Applicants must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Plan and draw up a Production Plan schedule for each season with inputs from Designer Team and seek approval from Creative head.
- Implement, oversee and control the production schedule including setting targets to individuals.
- Supervise, review and revise scheduling, if required.
- Monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels are supporting business demands.
- Analyse production, quality control and budgetary outcome in Production.
- Oversee Fabric and accessories use and equipment stock and tracking programs for increased financial effectiveness.
- Implement cost control programs or procedures.
- Oversee, monitor and direct coordination of company issued equipment, to include tools and machineries.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Establish and facilitate departmental procedures which in turn enhance the production and efficiency of the department, while supporting safety policies and procedures.
- Making sure the production team remains motivated and is hitting their efficiency targets.
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
