Role overview
Design Technology is hiring a hands-on Production Manager in the UAE.
The role manages complete production delivery from approved artwork or drawings through production, finishing, dispatch, and installation.
The business specializes in retail branding, large-format printing, signage, fabrication, exhibitions, and events.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and control daily production activities and schedules.
- Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement, and installation teams.
- Supervise printing, signage, metal fabrication, carpentry, finishing, and related activities.
- Review drawings, bills of quantities, specifications, and production requirements.
- Monitor quality, reduce wastage and rework, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain deadlines, production records, workshop productivity, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Continuously improve production efficiency and processes.
