Role overview
Production Manager role focused on overseeing production activities, improving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities and schedules.
- Allocate resources and monitor productivity, output, quality, costs, and operational performance.
- Lead production teams and identify bottlenecks, delays, and operational risks.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Monitor inventory, materials, equipment, and production requirements.
- Prepare production reports, KPI updates, forecasts, and management summaries.
- Promote workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management is required.
