WHAT YOU’LL DO
Run Production with Confidence
Operate, start up, and shut down plant equipment to keep production flowing smoothly.
Monitor processes and respond quickly to maintain efficiency and meet daily targets.
Package and move finished product to meet customer and operational requirements.
Protect Quality at Every Step
Follow GMP, HACCP, and quality standards to ensure consistent product integrity.
Perform product checks and record results accurately.
Support corrective actions when quality issues arise.
Stay Safe, Look Out for Each Other
Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
Report and escalate risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions quickly.
Contribute to a strong safety culture through active participation.
Keep Improving Together
Share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
High school diploma; manufacturing experience (food or similar) is an asset
Familiarity with HACCP or quality systems is an asset
