Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor WPC production lines (mixing, extrusion, finishing)
- Adjust machine parameters to ensure product high quality
- Detect and report minor issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on WPC production machinery
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Conduct preventive and routine maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Perform precise cutting, shaping, and assembly of WPC door components
- Handle fabrication, installation, finishing, sanding, trimming, and fitting tasks
- Read and follow technical drawings and production specifications
- Ensure high quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Ability to operate and monitor WPC production lines
- Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on WPC machinery
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Ability to perform precise cutting, shaping, and assembly of WPC door components
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and production specifications
- Adherence to safety and quality control procedures
