Production Lead

As a Lead Production Associate, you will guide and coach your team on the production line to ensure maximum productivity and safety.

Working alongside your colleagues, you'll model best practices for GMP, SQF, and PPE policies while collaborating closely with supervisors.

Monday & Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 7:00am to 5:30pm

Thursday to Sunday - 7:00pm to 5:30am

You will...

• Guide and instruct team members on tasks like assembly and single-piece flow.
• Foster positive employee relations through respectful communication.
• Track line counts and report performance metrics accurately.
• Train new hires on SOPs and coach existing staff on company policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns to Quality Assurance.
• Perform production duties alongside the team as needed.
• Update production data in the computer system (requires basic typing skills).
• Prepare ingredients using tools like food scales and measuring cups when required.

• Basic math proficiency (fractions, multiplication, etc.).
• High school diploma/GED and ideally 1+ year of related experience.

• Full-time status with varied shifts; overtime may be required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to read/write/speak English.
