Opportunity
Rochester Aluminum Smelting is seeking a Production Lead/Production Operator for hands-on leadership in an industrial production environment.
The role supports safe, efficient, high-quality production operations and helps coordinate the floor team.
Shifts and Schedule
- Day shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Night shift option: Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Night shift option: Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Compensation
- Hourly rate is $23–$27 per hour.
Location
- The position is located in Concord, Ontario.
- The work is performed in a fast-paced industrial production environment.
Production and Team Leadership
- Run production lines, assign work, and monitor output against daily production goals.
- Provide direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback to production employees.
