About the Role
Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes from planning through output.
Maintain production efficiency, reduce downtime, improve quality, and ensure daily targets are met safely and on time.
What You'll Do
- Monitor production lines and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in production scheduling and raw material planning.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
