Responsibilities
- Support daily factory production activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and monitor daily production schedules
- Optimize production processes, machine utilization, and manpower allocation
- Coordinate and supervise CNC cutting, GI duct fabrication, and fire rated ductwork production
- Ensure compliance with SMACNA/DW144/UL181 standards
- Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy
- Track material usage and report variances
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams
- Support lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Maintain production records and daily progress reports
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC ductwork production
- Knowledge of SMACNA/DW144/UL181 standards
- Ability to coordinate production schedules and optimize processes

Responsibilities
- Support daily factory production activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across all manufacturing stages
- Prepare and monitor daily production schedules in coordination with Production Management and Project teams
- Optimize production processes, machine utilization, and manpower allocation to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate and supervise CNC cutting, GI duct fabrication, Fire Rated Ductwork, and Pre Insulated / PIR / Phenolic duct production activities
- Ensure production activities comply with SMACNA / DW144 / UL181 standards (where applicable)
- Monitor production quality, dimensional accuracy, and fabrication standards to minimize defects and rework
- Track material usage, wastage, and production output, and report variances to management
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues, machine breakdowns, and process bottlenecks
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PPE usage, and Saudi regulatory standards within the production area
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily progress reports
