- Effective Communication skills, including clear reporting, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with production management software, basic CAD tools, and standard safety and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage part time schedules, and adapt to diverse client requirements

Role Description
- The Production Engineer will support manufacturing and operational activities for client organizations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and flexibility to work from home as business needs allow.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing production processes
- Developing and updating production plans
- Coordinating with cross functional teams
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Implementing quality control procedures
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Recommending technical and process improvements
- Preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills
- Robust Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem solving, and performance evaluation capabilities
- Solid Quality Control skills, with experience in inspection, process standardization, and continuous improvement practices
- Effective Communication skills, including clear reporting, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder management
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related fields, ideally within consulting or multi client environments
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with production management software, basic CAD tools, and standard safety and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage part time schedules, and adapt to diverse client requirements
