What you’ll be doing
Lead the development, implementation and optimisation of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient, repeatable and high-quality production methods for both new and existing products
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, supporting projects from concept through to production release and ensuring manufacturing readiness at key project milestones
Champion Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFM/DFA) principles, collaborating with engineering teams to improve product manufacturability and production efficiency
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, manufacturing process plans, routings and configuration-controlled records
