White Aluminium Enterprises is hiring a Production Engineer for its Aluminium Fabrication Division in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The role oversees daily aluminium factory operations, optimizes production processes, manages scrap and waste, and maintains quality standards.

Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for aluminium and façade works.
Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
Lead and supervise technicians and machine operators across production lines.
Work with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and production lines.
Prepare production efficiency, material consumption, and yield reports.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an aluminium or metal fabrication factory.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of aluminium and fabrication processes.
Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, and ERP or production planning tools.
Strong background in quality control and mechanical inspection techniques.
