Operate ice cream production equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor freezing, storage, and product quality during the production process.
Ensure proper texture, flavor, appearance, and consistency of finished products.
Ice Cream Cake Production
Prepare ice cream cakes according to customer orders and company standards.
Assemble cake layers, fillings, toppings, and decorations accurately.
Perform cake finishing, decorating, and presentation according to brand guidelines.
Ensure customized orders are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain high standards of product appearance and presentation.
Food Preparation and Quality Control
Follow recipes, portion standards, and production procedures.
Check ingredients for freshness, quality, and proper storage conditions.
Conduct quality checks on finished products before packaging.
Maintain consistency in taste, size, and appearance of all products.
Report any quality issues or production concerns to the supervisor.
Food Safety and Hygiene
Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
