- ***Before applying, please note that we're looking for a senior production leader with proven experience delivering large-scale events in Saudi Arabia.***
- What you'll be doing
- Leading the production delivery of large-scale events, brand experiences, corporate events, exhibitions and VIP projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Working alongside Client Services and Creative teams from pitch stage through to execution.
- Building detailed production budgets, managing costs and ensuring projects remain commercially successful.
- Challenging ideas when needed and proposing smarter, more efficient production solutions.
- Managing suppliers, contractors and production partners across the Kingdom.
- Overseeing fabrication, logistics, technical production, venue operations and onsite delivery.
- Leading and mentoring Production Managers, Coordinators and freelance teams.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the standard expected from a premium agency.
- What we're looking for
- You have probably spent the last 10+ years delivering complex events and experiential projects.
- You understand budgets, margins and procurement just as well as staging, fabrication and technical production.
- You know how to lead teams, negotiate with suppliers and keep calm when timelines become challenging.
- Most importantly, you take ownership.
- When a project is yours, you see it through from the first budget version to the final truck leaving site.
- You'll be a great fit if you:
- > Have significant experience in event production within an agency environment
- > Have delivered projects in Saudi Arabia and understand the local market
- > Are comfortable managing large budgets and project profitability
- > Have strong supplier and contractor relationships
- > Can lead teams while remaining hands-on when needed
- > Enjoy solving problems rather than escalating them
- > Speak fluent English (Arabic is a big plus)
