Demonstrate the ability to take direction and thrive in a team environment Be able to troubleshoot software and hardware and be a natural problem solver Set high quality standards for themselves in everything they do Be able to deliver high quality work and possess a strong attention to detail Welcome constructive feedback and believe in continuous learning Be able to maintain constant and efficient communication between multidisciplinary teams Qualifications 2-5 years digital design and interactive work experience Undergraduate degree or post-secondary certificate in Graphic Design Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Proficiency in Google Docs/Slides, PowerPoint and Keynote Experience or able to learn new tools and apps used for design (Figma, Sketch, Miro) Able to work in a team environment Able to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas Able to multitask and prioritize effectively Demonstrate artistic ability Able to meet deadlines and follow directions Able to thrive in a high pressure, detail-oriented environment Additional information Salary Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$60K-$70K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
