Starting Pay: $16.75 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator monitors departmental workflow and compiles production and statistical reports. This role is responsible for build plans, daily metrics, and tracking shipping and receiving statistics to present to the management team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory for raw and finished goods to ensure all available product is processed.
- Research and resolve WMS/EPIC inventory discrepancies; recommend solutions.
- Monitor workflow and report issues to the Department Supervisor.
- Compile and distribute production reports for build plans and daily metrics.
- Create production and shipping & receiving reports for daily management review.
- Communicate manual shipments to management and coordinate product preparation and shipment.
- Meet or exceed all reporting KPIs and SLAs as defined by company and customer standards.
- Perform workflow testing.
- Review and document changes to process maps to support internal and customs client requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with internal/external customers, vendors, and employees.
- Promote continuous improvement and adhere to quality guidelines to achieve goals.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining special project initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2--4 years of shipping or receiving experience in a logistics environment.
3 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with emphasis on shipping, order maintenance, receiving, and exceptions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Oracle experience preferred.
Ability to document process maps to support internal and customs client requirements.

- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
