Production Coordinator – Fit-Out & Joinery
We are a leading fit-out and joinery factory specializing in high-quality custom interiors, furniture, and woodwork solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fit-out and joinery factory team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of joinery production processes, scheduling, material coordination, and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities in the joinery factory.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Liaise with project managers, procurement, factory supervisors, and installation teams.
- Track material availability and coordinate with purchasing departments.
- Monitor production progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure drawings, cutting lists, and production documents are issued on time.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and productivity targets.
- Resolve production bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fit-out or joinery manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of joinery production, woodworking machinery, and factory workflows.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documents.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Supervise and coordinate all on-site fit-out activities.
- Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers effectively.
- Monitor quality control and ensure safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Prepare daily progress reports and attend site meetings.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
Candidates
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years in interior fit-out/ Jinery supervision.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing details.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Technicaly qualified people will get preferences
- Furnished accom will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,750.00 - AED3,250.00 per month

- Diploma (Preferred)
Experience
- fitout industry: 2 years (Preferred)
