Production Controller

You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change quickly.

Basic engineering and/or automotive knowledge and experience.

Good PC skills, including intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.

A self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team.

Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to take issues through to a successful conclusion.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to work across different departments.

Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge or experience of core business information systems, such as ERP and MES systems .

This is an office-based role at our Hethel manufacturing site , with significant interaction with teams on the Shop Floor.

You'll need to build effective relationships across different functions, bringing a One Team approach while maintaining the drive needed to keep orders moving and support delivery to our customers.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of our Hethel manufacturing operation, gaining exposure across Production, Engineering and Supply Chain while playing an important role in ensuring our products progress through the plant successfully.
