Pay and Benefits
- Base pay is $16.00 per hour, plus a $1.45 per hour shift differential for third shift.
- Benefits start on day one for eligible full-time team members.
Weekend Shift
- The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday through Sunday.
Role Overview
The Production Associate fabricates and produces component parts for final assembly of windows.
The work is fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive, with heavy lifting and extensive hand use across multiple departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
- Deliver, wrap, load, and unload materials or windows as needed.
- Use hand and power tools, saws, welders, routers, and other equipment.
- Read instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules; measure, convert, inspect, and identify product defects.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
