- Works within close proximity of others
- Lifts and carries boxes of parts weighing up to 25 pounds
- Identifies part imperfections according to quality specifications
- Differentiates between different sizes, shapes and styles of parts
- Fulfills the requirements of each position on the racking line including lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel and autoload racking positions during shift.
- Builds boxes for finished goods as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations
- Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Can successfully work in a team environment
- Willing to take direction from others
