Production Associate Multiple Shifts

Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality results

Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing equipment and processes

Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High level of initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and comfort working with technology and production systems

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across shifts

Willingness to learn new equipment, technologies, and processes

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with regular lifting of up to 35 lbs

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
