Production Associate I

Wausau Homes | Full‑Time | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Starting Pay: $20.00/hr (performance‑based progression)

What You’ll Do

Build wall panels, floors, and trusses in an indoor production facility

Use hand tools and semi‑automated equipment

Read basic blueprints and measure materials

Lift and move lumber (up to 50 lbs)

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

At least 18 years old

Reliable and motivated to learn

Basic math and reading skills

Construction or production experience a plus (not required)

Able to use or learn hand tools (nail/staple guns)

Comfortable lifting and climbing ladders

1st shift only – evenings are yours
