Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Possess a valid State issued Driver’s License or Identification Card in the applicable state of employment at all times
Requirements: Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrates a can-do team attitude with the ability to take direction and assist others in a professional manner
- Ability to read, learn, apply and retain basic operational procedures for the running of equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented; ability to multi-task
- Able to count, balance counts, and escalate issues beyond basic troubleshooting skills.
- Basic Data Entry skills are required
- Basic computer/touch screen experience
- Able to use applications on a desktop or mobile device that requires selecting/clicking/scrolling activity.
Physical Requirements
- (applies to all levels)
- Multi-limb and eye-hand coordination
- Able to stand, bend, reach, stoop and lift boxes up to 35 lbs.
- Able to lift and move boxes and materials 50% of work day
- Able to walk and stand for a full work day
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to work overtime/weekends/holidays as scheduled every month
