Production Associate - C shift (Weekends)

$21.55 per hour

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, working safely and efficiently to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include:

Palletizing, depalletizing, case packing, sealing, and hand assembly

Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags

Performing rework and sanitation tasks as needed

Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and integrity

Maintaining speed and accuracy based on production needs

Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and hygiene standards

Communicating material needs, quality concerns, or safety issues to peers and supervisors

Supporting multiple production areas and flexing between tasks as needed

Basic Requirements

Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds as needed

Visual ability to assess quality and material integrity

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including weights, sequences, and percentages)

Must follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
