Pay
- Base pay starts at $19.50 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential.
Second Shift Schedule
- The regular shift runs from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.
- The position may require overtime, and shifts may be 10 or 12 hours depending on work orders and season.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Package and label material for loading and distribution.
- Perform quality control of finished products.
- Use hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and screw guns.
- Use measuring gauges and tape measures.
- Communicate with team members to maintain continuous production of correct, high-quality products.
- Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing environment experience is required.
- Physical stamina and strength are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe practices is required.
- Overhead crane and forklift experience are helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist is required.

- The role is performed in a manufacturing facility.
