- Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
- Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements
- Records all downtime and production figures for assigned work station.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations
- Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to six months of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination preferred.
- Basic math skills.
