Responsibilities
- Support the Production Team and Production Support Manager with daily production operations.
- Assist in preparing CRFs and coordinating travel arrangements for cast and crew.
- Support scheduling of pre-production meetings and location scouting activities.
- Assist with production logistics, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment coordination.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, location owners, and relevant authorities as required.
- Distribute call sheets, schedules, and production-related documentation.
- Support on-set coordination when required and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate production documentation, permits, contracts, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred). Or in business management, Media, Marketing, Communication
- Previous experience in a Production Assistant or production coordination role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with film and TV production workflows and industry-standard software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of on-set safety regulations and protocols
