Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production tanks, containers, tools, and equipment used in daily manufacturing operations.
• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Perform repacking and transfer of fragrances into designated containers according to company procedures.
• Support production staff during mixing, filling, packing, and handling operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production and storage areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
• Check materials for damage, leakage, or incorrect labeling and report issues to supervisors.
• Arrange and store materials properly in warehouse or production areas.
• Assist in stock movement and internal transportation of materials.
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions to meet operational targets.
• Help ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Good comunication skills
• Basic education or high school qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in factory, production, warehouse, or cleaning work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move materials safely.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
