Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional product design experience , preferably with a focus on mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Demonstrated experience designing products involving complex data, AI-driven workflows, or similarly complex systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG , with demonstrated experience applying principles of cognitive accessibility and inclusive design.
• Demonstrated understanding of designing for neurodivergent users and low-stimulus environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience creating engaging, lightweight progression systems, reward mechanics, or similar engagement experiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts—including AI workflows, multi-agent systems, calendar logic, and contextual memory—into simple, calm, and human-centered experiences.
• Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma .
• Experience with or understanding of Lottie animation specifications and vector-based design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and execute effectively without direct authority.
• High level of reliability, accountability, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to mission-driven work and creating technology that supports individuals in reducing stress, managing executive functioning challenges, and achieving greater independence.
