Soueast Automotive Product & Training Manager (Automotive OEM in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia) :
1.
Product Demonstrations & Sales Support – Deliver localized product presentations, test drive experiences, and deal support for distributors and key customers; create bilingual (Arabic/English) sales tools.
2.
Competitive Selling Points & Pricing Recommendations – Continuously track competitor configurations, pricing, and promotions in the Saudi market; produce competitive comparison reports and pricing strategy suggestions.
3.
Training KPIs & Localized Content – Define training metrics; develop training materials tailored to Saudi climate, terrain, and culture; collect product feedback and drive improvements with HQ.
4.
Brand Standards & Vendor Management – Ensure brand messaging and sales scripts comply with guidelines; oversee regional training vendors’ delivery quality and performance.
5.
CRM Lead Integration & Analysis – Consolidate CRM lead data; analyze lead conversion, follow‑up efficiency, and common sales issues; propose actionable improvements.
Requirements
1.
BA in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred
2. 3–6+ years in automotive sales, product, or training roles
3.
Product expertise, competitor analysis, sales tools
4.
Deliver training, onboarding, assessments
5.
