Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Product Support Specialist.
The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product-related assistance, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the improvement of customer support processes.
The role requires effective communication with internal teams and customers, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve technical or procedural issues reported by users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Support and understanding of product-related troubleshooting
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to resolve technical or user-reported issues
- Experience in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with teams
- Knowledge of tools and systems commonly used in customer support is a plus
- Prior experience in nonprofit or capacity-building organizations is advantageous
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Business, IT, or Communications
