Sawary is looking for a Product Support Engineer to manage key accounts with large equipment fleets, provide technical presentations, and resolve customer complaints. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 3-6 years of service sales experience, and Arabic fluency.

Responsibilities
- Manage Key account customer who has a huge fleet of equipment.
- Implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate within the units to process sales orders and receive payment or obtain credit information and ensure delivery.
- Schedule and conduct service sales visits for existing or new customers and issues sales quotes as needed.
- Assist and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Develop product knowledge to answer customer questions concerning products.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Responsible for technical & commercial visits to customers for the development of new businesses/projects.
- Work closely with customers during the pre sales process to understand their needs and offer the right product and solution.

Summary
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. Confer with customers and engineers to assess service needs and to determine the customer requirements & gain customer satisfaction.

- Keep following the new projects announcement and contractors participate in these projects
