The role bridges vendors and partners with sales, presales, professional services, development, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates.
- Coordinate vendor communication, demonstrations, proofs of concept, training, and technical support.
- Support product compatibility, integrations, testing, validation, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Enable internal teams through product knowledge, training, resources, documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
- Monitor competitors and emerging technologies and identify new products, partnerships, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused role.
- Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred.
