Key Responsibilities
- Manage product lifecycles, roadmaps, updates, capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
- Coordinate vendors, partners, demonstrations, proofs of concept, training, testing, validation, and technical support.
- Support presales and technical teams with compatibility, integrations, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
- Provide product enablement, training, documentation, presentations, frequently asked questions, and internal resources.
- Monitor markets, competitors, and emerging technologies while identifying products, partnerships, and improvements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant computing, engineering, information technology, or telecommunications field is required.
- One to three years of experience in product management, solution management, business analysis, or a similar technology-focused role is required.
- Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred.
