Role Overview

  • The position will be based in Abu Dhabi and will report directly to the Sales Manager.
  • The role will be responsible to achieve agreed sales, MS, productivity and performance targets within a given territory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets (sales growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through face to face meetings and detailing the assigned HCPs and Pharmacists.
  • Drive the successful launch of products by building awareness, creating demand, and engaging key stakeholders across key accounts.
  • Promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies and appropriate use of Brand visuals.
  • Regularly visit HCPs in hospitals, medical centres to establish a strong scientific based relationship.
  • Contribute to defining and shaping the patient journey within key accounts.
  • Ensure targeted HCPs and KOLs receive timely, relevant scientific content.
  • Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge of priority products, technical information, product knowledge, strategy, positioning, key messages and marketing program.
  • Identify business opportunities within key accounts, analyze treatment trends and unmet needs.
  • Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate actions to counter act.
  • Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss market situation and appraise activities versus monthly KPIs.
  • Collect intelligence on the HCP Universe.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 1 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
