Product Specialist – Life Sciences & Molecular Diagnostics
About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Product Specialist** to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and application support, conducting product demonstrations, training end users, and working closely with the sales team to promote our portfolio of Life Sciences and Molecular Diagnostics products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product demonstrations, installations, and user training.
- Deliver application and technical support to customers.
- Assist the sales team during customer meetings, evaluations, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, universities, and research institutions.
- Support product evaluations, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and seminars.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in **Biotechnology**, **Biomedical Engineering**, **Clinical Molecular Biology**, **Molecular Biology**, **Medical Laboratory Science**, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- **0–3 years of experience** in Life Sciences, Molecular Diagnostics, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Devices (Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).**

Experience or knowledge in any of the following is an advantage:
• DNA & RNA Extraction
- Molecular Diagnostics
• ELISA & Immunology
- Laboratory Automation
