- Provide technical expertise on acute care and respiratory products
- Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals

- Maintain strong relationships by offering exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with provided equipment and solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency as a Product Specialist with knowledge of acute care and respiratory medical products preferred
- Work experience 1 3 years in Dubai / NE market
- Network in ICUs, ER & Wards or at least 2 out of 3
- Systematic, disciplined, strong Analytical Skills and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional Communication skills and ability to effectively present product information
- Customer Service expertise with focus on client satisfaction and problem solving
- Proven experience in Sales, business development, and relationship management
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- Degree in Biomedical, Pharmacy, RT, healthcare, life sciences, or related field
- UAE Valid Driving License is a must

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Product Specialist – Acute Care/Respiratory Line based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role entails providing technical expertise on acute care and respiratory products, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting healthcare professionals in their product inquiries.
- Additionally, the Product Specialist will identify customer needs, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships by offering exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with provided equipment and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency as a Product Specialist with knowledge of acute care and respiratory medical products preferred.
- Work experience 1 3 years in Dubai / NE market.
