Vegapay is building infrastructure for next-generation credit programs used by banks and fintechs.
The Product Solutions Engineer works across product, engineering, and clients while owning production reliability for fintech systems.
The role is a technical production reliability position rather than a traditional support role.
Responsibilities
- Own production reliability across credit, UPI, ledgering, and reconciliation systems.
- Debug issues across services, APIs, and data layers and drive permanent engineering fixes.
- Manage incidents, lead post-incident root-cause analysis, and monitor systems with logs, metrics, and alerts.
- Communicate directly with B2B clients, including banks and partners.
- Create runbooks and support product launches, releases, production readiness, and rollouts.
Required Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments companies.
- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong SQL skills for joins, aggregations, and data mismatch debugging.
- Understanding of APIs, request and response flows, and tools such as Postman.
